I am an independent software engineer. I focus on AI agent systems, automations and the platforms around them.
I build in public. That means I publish the decisions as well as the results, and I label every item by how real it is: idea, concept, plan, prototype, beta or live.
Most of what you see here today is concept and plan. When something ships, it gets a proof artifact: code, a demo, a video or a benchmark someone can reproduce. When it does not have one yet, the page says so.
